Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at E-GANG.

We accept returns only if the item received is incorrect or defective.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• With all original tags attached

• Returned in its original packaging

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
